5. Refunds

2. Customs duties and customer responsibility
When placing an order for delivery outside the EU:
  • the customer acts as the importer of the goods
  • all customs duties, taxes, and fees are paid by the customer
  • the customer must provide all necessary data and documents for customs clearance

3. Refusal to accept the shipment at customs
If the customer:
  • refuses to pay customs duties or taxes
  • does not provide the required documents
  • does not interact with customs or courier services
the shipment may be:
  • returned to the sender
  • destroyed by customs authorities

4. Return conditions in case of refusal
If the shipment is returned to the seller:
  • a refund is possible only after the goods are physically received back at the warehouse
  • all costs related to the return will be deducted from the refund amount, including:
    • shipping cost
    • return shipping cost
