Return Policy
We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service, which is why we offer a convenient return system.
To do this, please follow a few simple steps:
1. Fill out the appropriate return request form.
a) If you notice damage to the parcel upon delivery, please take a photo of the damaged package and refuse to accept the parcel.
b) If the packaging is intact, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase by filling out a return request form. Please note that returns are only possible for the entire parcel.
c) You may return goods of unsatisfactory quality. Unfortunately, even the most reputable brands are not completely protected from production defects. If you received a defective item, please complete the relevant form.
2. Send a scanned copy of the form and product photos to our managers via email.
The photos will help us better understand the issue and speed up the return and refund process. After coordinating all return details with our manager and completing the necessary documents, please pack the product in a bag or box.
⚠️ Please make sure to include the return request form and a copy of the payment document in the package/box, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.
3. The courier will collect the parcel and organize the return.
4. Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, we will review the returned items and decide on the refund to the specified account. You will also receive an email notification about the status of your return.
