We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with MAKEUP service, so we offer a convenient system of returning goods. To do this, you need to follow a few simple steps.

1. Fill out the appropriate return application form.

a) In case you notice damage to the parcel when the courier arrives, please take a photo of the damaged packaging and refuse the parcel.

b) In case the package is intact, you can cancel the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase by filling out an application form. Please note, the return is only possible for the entire parcel.

c) You can return goods of improper quality. Unfortunately, even the most famous brands are not immune to manufacturing failures. If you have received faulty goods, please fill in the appropriate form.

2. Make a scan-copy of the statement, photo of the goods, and send the files toour managers by e-mail.

Photos of the goods will help us to understand the problem, accelerate the terms of returning the goods and compensation of money. After agreeing all the details of the return with the manager and filling out the necessary documents, pack the goods in a bag or box. Please make sure to enclose the application and a copy of the payment document in the bag/box, without them we will not be able to accept the return.

3. A courier will collect the parcel and organise the return.

4. Within 14 days after receipt of the parcel, we will examine the returned items and make a decision on the refund to the specified account. In addition, you will be notified by e-mail about the status of the return.
