The procedure for obtaining outside Latvia is as follows.

After that, it is transmitted to the delivery service FEDEX or DHL. The tracking number is sent to the client to the specified e-mail.

1) If the parcel is damaged in the country of destination, the relevant certificate must be drawn up and signed by the recipient at the time of delivery.

2) If the parcel is received in good condition and damaged during delivery, the customer and courier jointly draw up the deed and the recipient signs it at the time of acceptance of the parcel.

(3) If the parcel is delivered in good condition, the customer signs without claims and receives the parcel.

Therefore, if the parcel was indeed damaged (before the customer was left alone with it), it is very important that the customer records this damage during delivery.
