KERATINMARK Privacy Policy

1. Loyalty programme

1.1 On what basis data is processed:

Data collected through Keratinmark customer cards is processed in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Customer data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1) of the Regulation - consent of the data subject.

1.2 What customer data of natural persons (data subject) is processed

  • Name;

  • Date of birth;

  • Mobile phone number;

  • email address;

  • Gender;

  • language of communication;

  • pensioner status;

  • customer card number;

  • purchase history;

  • address of the place (shop) where the client's card was issued;

  • (hereinafter referred to as ‘Data’).

1.3 Purpose of processing

The Data is necessary to identify the customer and to provide the benefits of the ‘Keratinmark Customer Card’ programme: discounts on purchases, increased discounts based on purchase history, easier conditions for obtaining a Keratinmark Customer Card and birthday discounts. If the customer has given their consent, the data is used to send Keratinmark special offers to their mobile phone number and/or email. In some cases, in order to contact the customer (e.g. to locate a lost customer card, etc.) If the data is processed for other purposes, the consent of the natural person - the data subject - is requested in advance.

1.4 Data protection

Keratimark adopts and maintains appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect the personal data provided against accidental, unlawful or unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use, as well as other unlawful acts.

1.5 Changes to Keratinmark's Privacy Policy

Keratinmark reserves the right to change and improve this Privacy Policy by posting the new version of the Privacy Policy here.

1.6 Rights of the data subject

The Data Subject has the right to inspect any data relating to him/her, to request the correction, deletion or supplementation of incorrectly provided data, to prohibit the use of his/her data for purposes unrelated to the Keratinmark Customer Card Programme, and other rights of the Data Subject as provided by regulations.

The data subject may notify Keratinmark if:

- does not wish to be contacted in the future;

- wishes to receive a copy of the data subject's personal data stored by Keratinmark;

- wishes to correct or update information held by Keratinmark about the subject;

- wishes to report any breach of the Privacy Policy.

1.7 Data Retention Period

-Data is retained indefinitely until the data subject withdraws consent.

1.8 Disclosure

- Data may only be disclosed to law enforcement authorities on the basis of a request by a competent public official.

2 Use of cookies on www.keratinmark.com (the ‘Site’)

Keratinmark uses cookies and similar technologies (such as Google analytics) to collect information when a visitor visits the Site.
